Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain records.
• Experience in preparing and understanding quotations.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer calls.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Handle inquiries and generate leads.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
