Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Responsibilities:

Calling customers and responding to their inquiries.

Contacting new clients and following up.

Sending emails and replying to incoming emails.

Working with MS Word, MS Excel, and the internet.

Preparing quotations, invoices, and other documents.

Data entry and maintaining records.

Coordinating with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Assisting with daily office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

12th Standard pass or Graduate (Graduate preferred).

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and the internet.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Experience in telecalling or as a computer operator is preferred.

Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
