Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Job Role & Responsibilities: Call existing and new customers to offer bike/car insurance renewal
• Explain insurance benefits, Zero Dep, and offers clearly
• Handle customer queries and follow up for documentation
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Convince customers to renew with ICICI Lombard (no field work)
• Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus)
• Basic smartphone or computer handling
• Punctual, target-oriented, and willing to learn
• Fresher or experienced in telecalling/insurance/loan sales
• Salary & Benefits:💰 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)
• 🎯 Incentives: Performance-based (₹2,000–₹10,000/month possible)
