Job Description
Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Fresher Majestic W & E Industries is looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our sales team as Telecaller / Telesales Executives.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Introduce the company and its products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and collect enquiry details.
- Generate new business enquiries through calling.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Candidate Requirements:Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Basic Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and good follow-up skills.
