About the RoleRentalkart Adtech Private Limited is looking for Telecaller / Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into business opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak professionally over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
• Explain Rentalkart's products and advertising services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for further processing of leads.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide relevant information.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Update customer information and call status in Excel/CRM or other company systems.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities wherever possible.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate candidates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous telecalling/telesales experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi are required.
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
• Candidate should be confident and comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Should be punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month

In addition to the fixed salary, eligible employees may receive performance-based incentives depending on sales performance, lead conversion, and applicable company policies.
