Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging with customers, and providing accurate information about company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve Patients queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Maintain call records and update customer data
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Eligibility Criteria:Age: 22 to 30 years
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Confident and positive attitude
- Mandatory Documents:Aadhar Card
