Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming franchise inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Generate and follow up with potential franchise leads.
  • Explain the company's franchise model, investment details, and business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Franchise Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
  • Prepare and share franchise proposals and required documents.
  • Follow up with prospects until the franchise agreement is finalized.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and daily activity updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or franchise sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
  • Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
