Job Description
*Telecaller – Digital Services Subscription*
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years (Smart & Proactive Freshers Preferred)
Location: Janakpuri, West Delhi (West Delhi Candidates Preferred)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off) | Saturday & Sunday Mandatory
*KRA*
Handle inbound & outbound calls for digital service subscriptions.
Explain service plans and convert leads into subscriptions.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain CRM records.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the team.
Achieve daily call and sales targets.
Skills Required
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Computer savvy with basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Smart, proactive, and target-oriented.
Sales/Telecalling/BPO experience is an added advantage.
Female candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
