Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department

About the Role: Finsworth Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
• Explain loan products and services offered by the company.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.

Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
