Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting healthcare services and membership plans, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain healthcare services, membership plans, and promotional offers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
