Job Description
- Call potential customers from provided databases or leads to introduce loan products (Personal Loans and over draft).
- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to clients.
- Assess customer financial needs and credit eligibility through targeted questions.
- Follow up with interested clients, collect digital documents, and coordinate with the operations/sales team for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
