Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, coordinate with clients, and support the sales and customer relationship process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly to customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Required SkillsStrong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate or pursuing graduation.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce industry will be an added advantage.
