Telecaller

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Explain outstanding amounts, payment due dates, and available payment options.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans or commitments with customers when required.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, promises to pay, and payment status.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
• Escalate difficult or disputed cases to the concerned senior/team leader.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection/recovery targets.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
• Coordinate with the collection team and update payment/recovery status regularly.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required; knowledge of English or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM software.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and confident personality.
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations professionally.
