Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products or services and address customer queries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
• Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
