TaxYntra Advisory LLP is looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Telesales & Business Development Executives to join our growing team. You will play an important role in connecting with potential clients, introducing our taxation, accounting, GST, compliance, and financial advisory services, and building strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
2. Explain the company's services, pricing, and process to prospective clients.
3. Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
4. Convert prospective leads into clients.
5. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and documentation.
7. Handle basic client queries professionally.
8. Achieve monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
9. Regularly follow up with old/inactive leads for new business opportunities.
10. Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with clients.
11. Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards the company's overall growth.
