Technical Operations Associate (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time technical support person for our StudyZone365 center. The person should have knowledge of computers, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, and online classes.

Responsibilities:

• Check computers, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and classroom setup before classes.
• Help students connect to online classes.
• Solve computer, internet, audio, and video issues.
• Monitor internet during live classes.
• Able to fix hardware related problems.
• Report technical or facility problems to management.
• Support center operations during evening/weekend shifts.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Understanding of Wi-Fi/router/networking basics.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel.
• Punctual, responsible, and polite with students.

Office Timing: 6:30PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 9:00AM to 10:00PM (Saturday and Sunday with additional payment of INR 500 per day on weekend).
