Technical Assistant

Install and commission commercial washing machines, dryers, extractors, and laundry equipment at customer sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and control-system issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Repair and replace faulty components such as motors, pumps, valves, belts, bearings, heating elements, sensors, and control boards.

Conduct equipment testing after installation or repair to ensure proper performance and safety.

Attend customer breakdown calls and provide on-site technical support.

Carry out AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service visits and maintain service schedules.

Maintain service reports, spare-parts records, installation reports, and maintenance documentation.

Advise customers on proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Coordinate with the service team, engineers, spare-parts department, and customers for timely resolution of technical issues.

Ensure compliance with electrical, plumbing, safety, and manufacturer guidelines.

Assist in setting up and commissioning complete commercial laundromat/laundry facilities.
