Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls and other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions.
