we are seeking a proactive team leader with hands on experience in Telesales and people management

Key Responsibilities

·        Team Leadership & Sales Management

• Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers (Inside Sales Executives)

• Set monthly revenue and sales targets for the team

• Monitor daily call performance, conversions and pipeline

• Drive high-performance sales culture

Desired Skill

• Strong Inside Sales Leadership experience

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Strong sales strategy and pipeline management

• Ability to train and motivate sales teams

• Good understanding of financial services and loan products

• Experience in CRM and tele-sales systems

Experience Required

• 5 years of experience in financial services sales

• Minimum 2 years of team management experience

• Experience in banking, fintech, loan sales, insurance or tax services preferred
