Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader – Tele Sales to manage and drive a team of education counselors/telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving admission targets, improving conversion rates, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent student counseling experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives/Education Counselors.

  • Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
  • Monitor calls and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Train new team members on products, counseling, and sales techniques.
  • Sales & AdmissionsDrive admissions and revenue targets for online, distance, and regular programs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor lead allocation and conversion performance.
  • Handle escalations and assist counselors in closing high-value admissions.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
  • Performance MonitoringTrack daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze team performance and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure CRM updates and lead management compliance.
  • Student Relationship ManagementMaintain high levels of student satisfaction.
  • Resolve student queries and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure accurate information regarding courses, universities, fees, scholarships, and EMI options.
  • Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
