Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join the OWNLY Restaurant Onboarding team in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting restaurants within assigned territories, interacting with restaurant owners and decision-makers, explaining the platform, generating interest, collecting the required documents, and successfully onboarding restaurants onto the OWNLY platform.

This is a field-based sales and acquisition role requiring candidates to spend the majority of their working hours in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit restaurants within assigned territories on a daily basis.

  • Identify and source potential restaurants for onboarding.

  • Meet restaurant owners/managers/decision-makers.

  • Present and explain the OWNLY platform.

  • Generate interest and convert restaurants into onboarded partners.

  • Collect and verify mandatory onboarding documents.

  • Complete restaurant onboarding within defined timelines.

  • Follow up with interested restaurants and pending cases.

  • Maintain accurate daily visit and onboarding records.

  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.

  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal support teams for onboarding completion.

  • Maintain professional relationships with restaurant owners.

  • Ensure quality and authenticity of restaurant onboardings.

Experience:

  • 6 Months –1 year of experience. (Min)

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

  • Restaurant Acquisition

  • Merchant Acquisition

  • Food Delivery Platforms

  • B2B Field Sales

  • POS Sales

  • QR Code / Payment Merchant Acquisition

  • Telecom Field Sales

  • FMCG Sales

  • Retail Merchant Acquisition

  • Door-to-Door Sales 

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills

  • Negotiation and convincing skills

  • Comfortable approaching new customers

  • Ability to interact with restaurant owners and business decision-makers

  • Target-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to work extensively in the field

  • Basic smartphone/application knowledge

  • Ability to maintain accurate reporting

  • Good local market knowledge

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate should be comfortable travelling within Hyderabad.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

  • Smartphone required.

  • Knowledge of local areas will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Telugu/Hindi/English will be preferred based on territory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, comfortable working in the field, confident in approaching restaurant owners, and capable of consistently achieving restaurant acquisition targets.
