Hiring: Team Lead (BPO - Voice Process - US Shift)
📍 Location: Rohini, Delhi
Salary will be offered based on your experience and skills. No target-based salary deduction.
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring daily operations and KPIs
· Ensures operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Assigning tasks and setting goals for team members
· Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
· Ensuring effective communication within the team
