🚨 Urgent Hiring: Team Leader (TL) – Google Pay (Field Sales)
📍 Position: Team Leader (TL) – Google Pay
🏢 Industry: FinTech
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in a FinTech company (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a field sales team for Google Pay.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
Monitor team performance and field productivity.
Ensure quality onboarding and adherence to company policies.
Submit regular MIS and performance reports.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a FinTech company.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with field sales experience.
