Job Description

Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, prepare signature marinades, sauces, and chutneys for items like tikka and kebabs


Tandoor Operation: Light, control, and maintain safe cooking temperatures in the tandoor oven. Cook flatbreads (naan, roti) and skewered kebabs


Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the tandoor station clean, sanitize work surfaces, and follow proper food storage (FIFO) and hygiene rules (HACCP)
