Job Description

Role Overview:

Hiring for an Part Time Accountant / Tally Operator for daily billing, stock entries, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tally Entries: Daily punching of purchase bills, expenses, and sales summaries in Tally.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Matching daily bank statements with POS card settlements, UPI/QR collections, and cash deposits.
  • Stock & Inventory: Entering raw material/goods purchase bills with quantities and tracking daily stock/wastage records.
  • Vendor Ledgers: Managing supplier payment accounts and reconciling vendor statements.
  • Compliance & Reports: Accurate GST rate entry on bills and maintaining the daily cash drawer/Day Book.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year practical experience in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Clear knowledge of voucher types (Purchase, Payment, Contra, Receipt) and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
  • Candidates living nearby (within 5–7 km) preferred.
