Job Summary –

We are hiring responsible and hardworking Sweepers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at assigned residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and public locations across India.

Key Responsibilities-

• Sweep floors, roads, pathways, corridors, staircases, parking areas, and public spaces.
• Remove dust, dirt, leaves, and other waste from assigned areas.
• Use brooms, dustpans, mops, brushes, and other cleaning tools.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of collected waste at designated collection points.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to the daily schedule.
• Wash and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
• Report damaged bins, spills, unsafe conditions, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace hygiene, safety, and waste-disposal procedures.
• Wear the required uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria-

• No formal education required; basic literacy is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
