Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and disciplined Female Factory Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle workers efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities on the factory floor
• Manage and coordinate with workers to ensure timely output
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work allocation
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with management for production planning and targets
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace
• Handle basic documentation and reporting (production, issues, delays)
• Train new workers and improve team efficiency

• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in factory or manufacturing supervision (preferred)
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Basic understanding of production processes
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
