Job Title: Store Supervisor


Brand: Cravios

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years (QSR/Cloud Kitchen/F&B Industry)


Role Overview:

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing complete kitchen operations including food preparation, team management, inventory control, quality checks, and daily execution. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on cooking experience along with the ability to manage and train the kitchen team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned cloud kitchen.
  • Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team while maintaining discipline and productivity.
  • Actively participate in food preparation and ensure recipes are followed as per brand SOPs.
  • Prepare menu items during operations whenever required and support the team during peak hours.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, presentation, and food quality.
  • Train kitchen staff on cooking procedures, preparation methods, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Monitor food preparation timelines to ensure fast and accurate order execution.
  • Handle inventory management including stock ordering, tracking, wastage control, and audits.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for raw materials and ensure proper storage.
  • Manage POS systems, order management software, and online delivery platforms (Swiggy/Zomato).
  • Track daily sales, inventory consumption, wastage, and operational reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth functioning.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in cloud kitchens, QSR, cafés, or restaurants.
  • Strong hands-on experience in cooking and kitchen operations is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and recipe execution.
  • Ability to handle multiple cuisines/menu categories will be preferred.
  • Experience in managing kitchen staff and daily operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
  • Comfortable working with POS/order management software.
  • Strong leadership, discipline, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during high-volume orders.
