Job Summary

The Promoter is responsible for representing LG products in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell LG products (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, TVs) to walk-in customers

Approach customers proactively and explain product features, benefits, and pricing

Demonstrate product usage and highlight key differentiators vs competitors

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper branding visibility

Keep track of stock availability and coordinate with store staff

Collect customer feedback and report market insights

Stay updated on latest LG products, offers, and schemes

Build strong relationships with store personnel

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Prior experience in retail sales or promoter role (electronics preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of consumer electronics/home appliances

Presentable and confident personality

Ability to work on weekends and holidays (retail schedule)
