Job Description – Store Manager Company: Krishna Furniture Location: Sector-86, Gurugram / Ghitorni, New Delhi About: Krishna Furniture is a leading furniture and home interiors brand offering premium furniture, modular solutions, and customized interiors across NCR. Job Summary: Responsible for overall showroom operations, sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, inventory management, and daily store administration. Key Responsibilities • Manage showroom operations and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales targets and improve customer conversions.
• Lead, train, and monitor showroom staff.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate inventory, warehouse, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain reports, attendance, expenses, and SOP compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. 5–10 years of retail store management experience; furniture/interior retail preferred. Skills Leadership, sales management, inventory control, customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, MS Excel, reporting, and problem-solving. KPIs Sales achievement, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, conversion ratio, repeat business, and team productivity
