Job Title: Storekeeper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage our store operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
• Issue materials to staff against proper authorization and maintain complete issue records.
• Perform all inventory entries and updates in the company's computer software.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of all materials.
• Maintain all store-related documents and reports accurately.
• Requirements:
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using inventory or ERP software.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to handle store operations independently.
• Prior experience as a Storekeeper is preferred.
