Job Title: Store Executive / Store Incharge

Gender: Male

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Location: Kashmeri Gate,Delhi-6

*Job Description*

We are looking for a skilled and responsible male candidate for our reputed supplier to manage the store operations of an automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts company. The candidate should have knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System), stock management and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.

Maintain accurate stock records of truck parts, air springs and other spare parts.

Handle the receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods.

Maintain stock entries and update inventory records in the DMS.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage, identification and arrangement of spare parts.

Coordinate with the purchase, sales and accounts departments.

*Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation using computers.*

Ensure accurate and timely inward and outward material entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) is essential.*

Good understanding of inventory and stock management.

Well-versed with computers and inventory-related software.

Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle or spare parts stores will be preferred.

Good record-keeping, coordination and organisational skills.

Ability to manage store operations independently and responsibly.
