Job Title: Inventory & StockExecutive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & CRM Executive to manage stock records, maintain inventory data, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple venues. The role requires strong proficiency in Google Sheets, basic CRM knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, accounts, and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate stock records across venues.

* Update stock reports in *Google Sheets* (inward, outward, transfers, damages).

* Prepare simple MIS reports and track consumption.

* Update and monitor stock data in *CRM* for sales and operations.

* Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and internal teams.

* Ensure proper documentation (invoices, challans, returns).

Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of *Google Sheets* (formulas, pivot tables, reports).

* Basic experience with *CRM software*.

* Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication.

*KPIs:

* Zero stock mismatch.

* Timely updates in Sheets & CRM.

* Smooth coordination and stock availability.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, operations support, or a similar role.

Experience working in multi-location operations, sports facilities, hospitality, retail, or venue management will be an added advantage.
