Social Media Manager

About the Role:-

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation, communication, and social media marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, videos, and other social media content.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and online visibility.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Support paid social media campaigns and lead-generation activities when required.

Requirements:-

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of content marketing and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in B2B or manufacturing/engineering industries will be an advantage
