Job Description – For Freshers:Strong understanding of Social Media Optimization concepts with practical knowledge from internship/training/project work

• Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ability to create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas
• Basic understanding of audience engagement, brand awareness, and organic growth strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of reels, stories, carousel posts, and social media trends
• Understanding of Meta Ads basics, campaign objectives, audience targeting, and ad performance tracking
• Ability to support in creating and optimizing paid social campaigns for lead generation and brand growth
• Willingness to learn and implement both organic and paid SMO strategies for business growth
