Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Develop content calendars, write captions, create reels, shorts, stories, carousels, and videos aligned with the brand.
• Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to drive organic growth.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and similar platforms to enhance content creation, copywriting, image/video generation, and workflow automation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROAS, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Requirements 1–5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing (exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
