Site Supervisor

1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
2. Experience in tensile structure could be an advantage.
3. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
4. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
5. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
6. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
7. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
8. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
9. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
10. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
11. Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.

12.  Planning with fabricator for no of workers required in a team for timely execution of a project or work at site.
