Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of civil work, site measurements, AutoCAD, and architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.
• Handle and supervise daily site activities.
• Manage manpower, materials, and other site resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Read and understand architectural and technical drawings/maps.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
• Monitor site quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide coordination support during project execution.
• Maintain site documentation and project records.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and mappings.
• Good understanding of site execution and civil work.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and resource management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and site measurements.

Qualifications:

• ITI in Civil
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior site handling experience will be an added advantage.
