Key Responsibilities

·       Operations Management: Oversee daily, efficient service, including opening and closing procedures.

·       Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff, while maintaining a positive work environment.

·       Quality Assurance: Ensure food safety standards, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction are met.

·       Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory, orders, and often assist with payroll.

·       Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
