SEO Executive

• Build and execute keyword + content strategy (high intent, not vanity)
• Drive organic traffic that converts → leads → revenue
• Work closely with founders on growth experiments
• Fix and scale technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structure, schema)
• Build strong backlink strategy (not spammy, real authority)
• Create/guide content that actually ranks (blogs, landing pages, programmatic pages)
• Track everything: rankings, traffic, conversions, and CAC from Organic

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest is a plus
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of keyword research and link-building techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Content optimization
• Technical SEO basics
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Problem-solving mindset
