Senior Telesales Executive & Trainer – Health / Wellness

We are looking for an experienced telesales professional from the health, wellness or consultation industry who can both handle sales calls and train new telesales executives on effective sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Train telesales executives on sales pitch, client communication and objection handling

• Guide team members on how to handle calls and improve conversions

• Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve sales performance

• Handle important client calls when required

• Help new team members understand the sales process and follow-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales / consultation sales

• Experience in health, wellness, clinic, education or financial sales preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to train and guide junior telesales executives

Job Details

• Work from office – Defence Colony (2 minutes from Lajpat Nagar Metro)

• Salary ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 + incentives

• Laptop and calling system provided by company

• No cold calling – only speaking with interested clients / hot leads
