Job Description
A Loan Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling loan products to individuals or businesses. The role involves identifying potential clients, explaining loan options, assessing eligibility, and guiding customers through the application and approval process to achieve sales targets. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals
Promote various loan products (personal loans, home loans, auto loans, business loans)
Explain product features, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria
Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation
Conduct preliminary credit assessments and verify customer information
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
