Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers / Telesales Executives to connect with prospective clients interested in migration and visa services. You will be responsible for calling leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our services, and setting up consultations for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads/prospects interested in migration and visa services
- Explain Giant Migration's services clearly and answer initial queries
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest, and schedule consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries to convert interest into consultations
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
