Job Title: Loan Sales Executive (Personal & Business Loans)

Company: Hema Corporate pvt ltd | Location: Janakpuri West, Vikaspuri

Role Overview: Responsible for generating leads and driving sales of personal and business loan products to individual customers, small business owners, and self-employed professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for personal and business loans
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
  • Assess client needs and recommend the right loan product
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer/client relationships
  • Coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan disbursal
  • Build a referral network including DSAs and local business contacts

Requirements:

  • 12th passed |Graduate (any stream)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/finance (freshers welcome; DSA/loan sales experience preferred for business loans)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
