Position: HR Executive

About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.


HR Operations

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.

Maintain employee records and personnel files.

Assist in employee induction and orientation programs.

Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Administration

Manage office administration activities and coordinate with vendors.

Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.

Handle employee ID cards, access cards, and administrative documentation.

Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and office facility requirements.

Support travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.

Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Good understanding of HR operations and administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR-related documentation.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment and Administration.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.

Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.


CTC: 4.2 LPA + Annual Bonus
