With Technology playing a critical role in telecom business operations, we are looking for BSS Migration and Revenue Assurance professionals to support large‑scale transformation programs for telecom operators globally. BSS Migration and Revenue Assurance is a key client‑facing consulting offering that supports operators in ensuring revenue integrity, control robustness, and operational stability during system migrations and transformations.

The team is primarily responsible for supporting Business Support System (BSS) migration programs across charging, billing, usage, and product domains with a Revenue Assurance lens. The role involves data reconciliation, control design and testing, migration validation (parallel runs and post‑go‑live assurance), UAT support, and hypercare activities. In addition, the team supports proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, approach notes, and internal knowledge development initiatives.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative, client‑facing consulting environment
• Ability to understand business and technology challenges in telecom BSS landscapes and translate them into actionable assurance and validation activities
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Telecom Revenue Assurance and/or BSS transformation programs
• Good understanding of BSS systems including charging, billing, usage mediation, and product configuration
• Experience in data reconciliation, control testing, billing accuracy checks, and UAT during system migrations
• Ability to support project delivery while contributing to business development initiatives

The Candidate

• Strong foundation in Telecom Revenue Assurance and BSS processes
• Experience working on migration or transformation engagements involving data validation, reconciliation, and post‑go‑live support
• Hands‑on exposure to UAT, defect analysis, SOP documentation, and control implementation
• Good analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL, MS Excel; exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred
• Familiarity with RA industry practices and tools
• Prior consulting or client‑facing experience will be an advantage

• Flexibility to travel to client locations in India and/or abroad for engagement delivery
• Ability to work closely with peers and senior stakeholders across service lines and competencies
• Capability to interact with senior and mid‑level client stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear analyses, dashboards, and presentations for management review
• Core consulting skills including documentation, presentation development (MS PowerPoint, Excel), and basic project governance support
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and quality delivery
