Senior Customer Support Officer

 ✔️ Excellent communication skills

 • Handle B2B customer interactions efficiently

 • Manage inbound queries and provide timely resolutions

 • Maintain strong client relationships

 • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

*🔹 Work Details:*

 🕒 Rotational shifts- 24*7 

 📅 5.5 days working with rotational week off

 🌙 One Side Cab available during odd hours

*Location* - Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Pitampura, Delhi

💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (in-hand)
