Rivotta India is looking for highly skilled, execution-driven Senior Audio Visual Engineers with deep expertise in Active LED installations (Indoor & Outdoor).

This role is ideal for professionals who can take complete ownership of projects — from design, fabrication, installation, calibration to final commissioning — with full technical confidence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Active LED Installation & Execution (Core Expertise – Mandatory)

• Execute complete installation of Active LED Video Walls (Indoor & Outdoor)
• Handle front service and rear service LED wall installations
• Expertise in IP65 outdoor LED modules and system durability requirements
• Capability to calculate cabinet sizes, pixel pitch, resolution, and LED matrix accurately

2. Fabrication & Structural Design

• Design fabrication structures for outdoor LED back support systems
• Ensure strength, alignment, ventilation, and safety standards
• Coordinate with fabrication teams for execution

3. ACP Cladding & Protection Work

• Execute complete ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) cladding work
• Ensure proper finishing, weather protection, and equipment safety

4. CMS, Media & Content Management

• Hands-on experience with CMS (Content Management Software)
• Configure and manage media players and content scheduling
• Independently manage and troubleshoot content display

5. Installation, Demo & Commissioning

• Install and configure:
• Active LED Video Walls (Indoor & Outdoor)
• Video wall controllers & processors
• Commercial displays & interactive panels
• Conferencing systems
• Audio systems (mixers, amplifiers, microphones, PA/BGM)
• Deliver professional demos and client presentations
• Handle commissioning and final handover independently

6. Calibration & Fine Tuning

• Perform LED calibration and color correction
• Use calibration tools and equipment effectively
• Ensure uniform brightness and optimal display performance

7. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve issues independently on-site
• Ensure system stability and minimal downtime

8. AV & IT Integration

• Integrate AV systems with basic IT networking infrastructure
• Ensure seamless system communication and performance

Mandatory Requirements (Very Important)

• Strong hands-on experience in Active LED installations (Indoor & Outdoor) – MUST
• Experience in IP65 outdoor LED systems, fabrication, and ACP work
• Capability to design fabrication structures and execute complete installations
• Expertise in front & rear service LED walls
• Hands-on experience in CMS, media players, and content management – MUST
• Strong knowledge of LED calibration tools and techniques
• Ability to handle installation, demo, commissioning, and troubleshooting independently
• Must be ready to travel across India for projects (mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Audio Visual domain
• Qualification: Minimum Diploma Holder
• Must have own conveyance

Skills Required

• Strong technical and execution capability
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently manage site work
• Good communication and client-handling ability
• High ownership and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• No bar for the right candidate
• Attractive / Handsome Incentives based on performance and project execution
