🚀 *We’re Hiring | Sr. Accountant
📍 Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
📌 Key Responsibilities
📊 Accounting & Financial Closure
* Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP
* Support monthly, quarterly & annual closures
* Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet & P&L
* Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, tax)
💰 Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Handle AP (invoice verification & payments)
* Manage AR including EMI tracking & collections
* Maintain ageing reports & reconcile balances
🧾 GST & TDS Compliance
* File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C)
* ITC reconciliation & discrepancy resolution
* Manage TDS filings & reconciliations
🏦 Banking & Reconciliations
* Bank reconciliation statements
* Reconcile debtors, creditors & loan accounts
* Identify & resolve mismatches
🏢 NBFC Operations
* Loan disbursement & EMI accounting
* Interest income, fees & penal charges accounting
* NPA provisioning as per RBI norms
* Regulatory reporting support
📈 MIS & Reporting
* Prepare MIS, cash flow & dashboards
* Assist in variance analysis
✅ Key Skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Accounting
✔️ Expertise in reconciliations
✔️ Financial reporting & balance sheet understanding
✔️ Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
✔️ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
⭐ Preferred Profile
* 3+ years in Finance & Accounts
* Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
* Exposure to loan lifecycle, GST, TDS & audits
