Position: Security Supervisor / Senior Security Guard

About the Role

Vandana International Sr. Sec. School invites applications from Ex-Servicemen (Ex-Army / Ex-Navy / Ex-Air Force / Ex-Paramilitary) with exceptional managerial and leadership skills to oversee the safety, security, and access control of our school campus.

We are seeking disciplined individuals who can lead campus security operations, maintain high discipline, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

 * Campus Vigilance: Lead and manage the daily operations of the security team across campus entry points, parking facilities, and building perimeters.

 * Team Leadership: Train, deploy, and supervise duty schedules for security guards to maintain alertness and high operational standards.

 * Visitor & Traffic Management: Ensure smooth flow of school buses, visitor log verifications, and vehicular entry/exit during peak school hours.

 * Emergency Preparedness: Implement disaster response protocols, conduct fire/safety drills, and coordinate swift responses during emergencies.

 * Surveillance Supervision: Monitor CCTV networks, access control systems, and maintain incident logs.

 * Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise professionally with school administration, local law enforcement, and parents while upholding a polite, professional demeanor.

Candidate Requirements

 * Background: Honorable discharge from the Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) or Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF/BSF/CRPF/CISF).

 * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of post-service experience in institutional, corporate, or educational campus security management preferred.

 * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, maintain discipline, and enforce safety protocols calmly and effectively.

 * Communication: Good command of Hindi and basic working knowledge of English for digital logging and administrative coordination.

 * Age Limit: Preferably under 52 years, with good physical fitness and medical status.
